Registration Checklist Complete everything by first day of practice, October 19
Fill out 26/27 DH Swim Spirit Pack Girls Form Boys Form by 9/30
Pay $100 Spirit Pack Fee at DHHS finance office or on PowerSchool** by 9/30
Register your swimmer on Aktivate (formerly Register My Athlete)
Fill out Athletic Forms and turn them in to the front office at DHHS (Including doctor’s physical)
Complete the 26/27 DHHS Swim Team Contract Google Form
Pay $100 Activity Fee at DHHS finance office or on PowerSchool**
Join Remind app for team communications: class code @dhhsswim25 (You do not need to join again if you were in our Remind "class" last year. You are already in the group.)
Spirit Pack Form and Spirit Pack Fee must be filled out and paid for by Wednesday September 30 to get personalized caps and to receive your suit in time for the first meet. There will be a second order of suits that may not be recieved until mid November.

Oct 30 - Utah Tech, Season Opener
Nov 6 and 7 - Utah Tech, Greg Fernley Invitational (For more experienced swimmers only)
Nov 13 - Utah Tech, Dual with Crimson
Dec 2 - Sand Hollow Aquatics Center, Dual Dixie
Dec 11 - Utah Tech, Dual with Dixie and PV
Dec 19 - Utah Tech, Tiger Invitational
Jan 8 and 9 - Utah Tech, Red Rock Invitational
Jan 19 - Utah Tech, Senior Recognition Meet (ALL swimmers attend this meet!)
Jan 30 - Utah Tech, Region 9 Championship
Feb 12 and 13 - BYU, 4A State Championship (For State qualified swimmers only)
You do not have to purchase equipment from the team store. You can choose your own equipment brand and style, but purchase products that are specifically for swim training and not swim leisure or other swimming activities. If you are unable, for any reason, to purchase your own equipment, you can rent equipment from the team for $25/season.

Mesh Swim Bag
Goggles (Preferably no dark tint. Bungee straps are a good backup to have in your bag for when goggle straps break.)
Swim Cap (For people with hair longer than 2 inches)
Adult Kickboard
Swim Fins (Get long training fins for newer swimmers, NOT snorkeling fins)
Swim Paddles
Pull Buoy
Snorkel (Get one specifically made for swim training, NOT snorkeling)
